The Senior Marketing Manager and Brand Leader will:
Develop & deliver compelling brand strategies, plans and campaigns to attract and retain target customers and to drive profitable long-term growth.
Inspire and develop a small team to achieve the identified plans and become a high performing team.
Obsessively drive creative excellence encouraging creative and media agencies to deliver first class work that delivers results achieving brand and commercial goals and winning hearts and minds.
Manage the £multi-million marketing budget for your area.
Understand business performance and be able to explain how marketing has contributed to that performance and recommend any corrective action that may be required.
An experienced and consumer obsessed marketer able to demonstrate having made a really positive difference for other brands.
Commercially creative who takes great pleasure in improving business performance.
A track record in developing extraordinary advertising for a blue chip brand(s) and setting the pace for our external agencies.
A background in FMCG, Entertainment or sectors that stand out from the norm will be hugely desirable
